Life after 65

Life after 65

I have talked with N number of peoples regarding life after 65 and almost everyone's answer was same that's no planning..........I beleive that after 30 yrs many things will be change it may be life style,Road, medical, culture, transport, communication process, corporate many more thing.

I have done a small calculation on expense part after 30 yrs.

if monthly expense is Rs25k than after 30 yrs it would be rose up to Rs150000 pm with inflation rate of 7% and I am very much surprise to see that only 10% is having planning for this expense even I was not having any plan for this expense.

It's very difficult to say after 30 yrs what will be the situation it may be possible that our children unable to take care of us so its better to do something from now so that we can't be face awkward situation.

after 30 yrs we all be retired from job as well as from health also we can't do any job and to maintain our daily needs and medical expanse we have to have need Rs1.5lacs per month.

after 30 yrs life will be more interesting,it may be possible that to travel 300 KM you need only one hour by train and cancer can be treated, you no need to carry mobile phone, there is no traffic jam......any many more things.

last but not least its our life .......we have to manage it .....so its better to depends on others in the age of 65 start planning from now...

Corruption in PVT sector

Everyone knows that in India corruption is available everywhere if we want to do anything in GOVT sector like lodge the FIR,Shop and establishment license,in electricity dept even in court also we have to have give bribe and without the bribe work will not done.

CORRUPTION IN GOVT SECTOR IS KNOWN BY EVERYONE even some of we have already faced the same but now a days it is available in PVT sector also.

Like banks.NBFC's and tractor industry are in this category.

Some of banks where you have to give money to your work done otherwise you have to wait for a long time or you have to face a long procedure. In NBFC also for your loan processing they used to take money and from top to bottom every one knows this thing.

In India 58% people are depend on agriculture and for good production of corps we are depending on technology so day by day tractor industry is booming.
Village people are less literate but they are very good at hearted and some nuisance people are taking advantage of the same and they used to overcharged or taking extra money for giving tractor.

As being a Branch manager  of a reputed NBFC I have faced the thing and I have tried my level best to give discount as much as possible.

As per my opinion there should be one reporting center in every 100 Km/50Km where people can report about GHUSHKHORI,if people start to report about this corruption system then automatically corruption is reduced.

We should raise our voice but before that some organisation/people are their to support us.

Old age problem

Hi,
In todays world we are running towards modernization,in every aspect of live we want something new.
We have already shifted from village to town and from town to metro.
All of we are busy now a days,I remember in my childhood we used to visit our relatives home with sweets and snacks and we have spent a quality time with them but these are history now a days.........just history.........just to maintain the decorum or formality we used to visit our relative home, reason is only one that we dont have time to spare with them,we are are running towards our goal....target.....name.....fame ......and obviously money.....

We are busy in our modern world as husband, wife all are busy to fulfill their target and we do not have time to spend with our parents.

In the old age parents are require more attention but their son/daughter have money to purchase services like nursing,amenities...but do not have time.

To be continue................
